• Up to 28 days before date no cancellation fee
• 27 – 14 days before the appointment 50% cancellation fee
• 13 – 7 days before the appointment 80% cancellation fee
• Under 7 days before the date 95% cancellation fee

Special cancellation when bad weather

In case of persistent, heavy rain we offer as an alternative to the canoe tour a guided tour in the Funkhaus Berlin or another appointment. If this is not possible, the booking can be canceled completely free of charge. A cancellation without an applicable fee is only possible if the group management has contacted us no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled tour start! If the group has booked a meal, it may be in the covered area.
